Return & Refund Policy

At Oylar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines for refunds, replacements, and exchanges.
Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps to request a refund or replacement:
Report the Issue immediately:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to care@oylar.in. Your message should include:
- Order Number
- An image of the outer package
- A clear image of the damaged product
- An unboxing video or a video showing the package being opened
Refund/Replacement Process:
In case your order contains multiple items, only the affected item will be eligible for a refund or replacement. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Missing or Incorrect Products
If you receive missing or incorrect products, please follow these steps:
Report the Issue:
Notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery by sending an email to care@oylar.in. Your message should include:
- Order Number
- An image of the outer package
- An image of the opened box with all products received
- An unboxing video or a video showing the package being opened
Resolution:
We will promptly re-ship any missing items. If you received the wrong item, we will arrange a pick-up from your address, and the correct product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed. We aim to resolve all issues within 24 to 48 hours.
Note: If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that additional pick-up and delivery charges will apply.
Quality Issues
If you encounter quality issues such as improperly sealed or expired products, please follow these steps:
Report the Issue:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to care@oylar.in. Include the following information:
- Order Number
- Date of packaging or date of manufacture
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- An unboxing video or a video showing the package being opened
Resolution: After we receive your request, we will review the issue and notify you of the status within 24 to 48 hours.
