Upon successful cancellation of your order, Oylar will promptly process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after the cancellation request has been approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification from us once your refund has been processed, including details of the refunded amount and the expected timeframe for the credit to reflect in your account.
  1. Exceptions to Cancellation

While we strive to accommodate all cancellation requests, there are certain situations where we may be unable to fulfil them:

  • Dispatched Orders: If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may still return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
